Steps in the Renewal Process

Email: CommissionMinistersNetwork@gmail.com

All CMN credentials expire the last day of February each year.
In order to maintain the integrity of CMN credentials it is important that we annually confirm:

  1. That you are still actively involved in ministry.
  2. Your continued agreement with the CMN Statement of Faith.
  3. You continue to live in accordance with Biblical standards of conduct and ethics as detailed in the CMN Covenant of Conduct.

To renew your credentials please submit:

  1. Renewal Application
  2. Optional: Send updated ID photo to CommissionMinistersNetwork@gmail.com
A sharp, plain background, digital ID or passport type photo is preferable.
(We will use your previous photo if an updated one is not received.)
  3. Send Affiliation Renewal Fee or pay online.
Check to “Commission Ministers Network” for $60.00

You may also submit your renewal fee via credit card or paypal.

Going from Licensed to Ordained

To raise your credential status from Licensed to Ordained please submit:

  1. Renewal Application
  2. Affiliation Renewal Fee (via Paypal or Check to “Commission Ministers Network” for $60.00)
  3. Optional: Updated ID photo to CMNetwork.info@gmail.com
A sharp, plain background, digital ID or passport type photo is preferable.
(We will use your previous photo if an updated one is not received.)
  4. Contact us via email to discuss additional credits you are qualified for either because of additional training or additional years of experience: CommissionMinistersNetwork@gmail.com

Upon receipt and approval of all items you will be issued a new ID card for the coming year.

NOTE: Allowing credentials to expire without renewal for a 24 month period will result in the need to submit a new application and follow the complete initial application process.

Financial Assistance

We never want affiliation with CMN to be based upon your ability to pay.  If paying any CMN fees will present a financial burden on you, your family or ministry, please contact us about financial assistance. Financial assistance is available for ministers in developing countries and under special circumstances to any minister (up to a 90% grant).

When you contact us please explain

  • your reason for seeking financial aid
  • if this will be a continuing need or if it’s just a temporary problem
  • how much help you’re requesting and
  • how much you can contribute toward the fees.

We’ll do all we can to help.   Contact us.

Those who have received aid in the past must resubmit a new request and be reevaluated each year.
