As missionaries in our own country, we are a Guatemalan couple driven by a deep desire to serve the Lord and fulfill His will. Here is where silence becomes a testimony.
In many communities in Guatemala, deaf children and adults grow up surrounded by churches… yet still without access to the gospel, not because no one is preaching, but because no one speaks their language.
They sit in services, watch people sing, see lips moving… and leave without understanding who Jesus is. This is the gap God has called us to step into.
Through Preaching Hands, we walk alongside churches and ministries, training them in Guatemalan Sign Language, and helping them build real connections with the deaf community. Our heart is not just to teach signs, but to see lives transformed, to see deaf individuals know Christ, grow in their faith, and truly belong in the body of Christ.
We long to see a church where no one is left out.
Where the gospel can reach everyone.
Where silence is no longer a barrier but a testimony of God’s grace.
