I grew up in the U.S. Pacific Northwest and have a deep passion for the outdoors—and for following our Savior. My wife is a Missy who spent 11 years living and serving in S. Asia before we met.

Starting in the fall of 2025, we will begin a new season of min together, serving half the year in S. Asia and the other half in East Asia. My wife works to combat human trafficking through programs that empower girls and women, while also serving as a “Children’s Club” teacher in a local “faith based club.”

I will be joining and supporting her in these efforts, as well as stepping into my own areas of service. After moving to Asia and spending some time learning the local languages and cultures, I hope to become involved in discipling young men in a local club while in the capital city. I also plan to volunteer at a faith-based elementary school in a village—teaching English, leading activities, and sharing stories from the Good Book to help children grow in both their language skills and their faith. In addition, I’ll be helping my wife teach Children’s Club each week.

We are trusting Him—through His Spirit—to guide and reveal His plans for us as we serve Him together as a couple.

In East Asia, my wife will be working with World Vision to develop programs that support children and families. As we settle in, we’ll be exploring where I might best serve. With a degree in health and safety, I expect to be involved in programs that serve children with disabilities and their families.
