Greetings! We are Pat and Robin Pugh, and we have served in Pastoral Ministry for 40 years in the United States. Presently, the Lord has called us to serve as missionaries in Guatemala.

In 2024, we became associated with Healing Nations, a ministry that provides medical and compassionate care to the community of Santo Tomas, Guatemala.

In February 2025, a new medical facility was dedicated that provides services for weekly medical clinics, physical therapy, counseling, dental, and ophthalmology services. There are also facilities on-site that provide lodging for missionary teams throughout the year.

Pat has served as an ordained pastor/worship leader with the Assemblies of God in various churches in Pennsylvania, and he has served as a senior pastor for the last 20 years in the Pittsburgh area. He retired in November 2024.

Robin has been a registered nurse for 50 years, and she also is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Additionally, Robin is a certified Biblical counselor and mental health coach through the Association of Christian Counselors.

Since 2016, we have visited Guatemala multiple times, and each time our hearts have been touched by the people of Guatemala. We believe, at this time in our lives, even though we have retired, God is “re-firing” us for ministry with Healing Nations here in Santo Tomas. We are eager to serve as nurse, counselors, and Guest House Hosts for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom!
