Jama is a story listener, personal development coach, and values gospel-centered living. She has served in women’s discipleship and mentoring roles for 18 years.

Wes and Jama have 3 incredible children and a dog. She ministers to Church leaders and enjoys equipping the Church to do intentional women’s discipleship.
