Summer Mills was once asked, “Summer, what would your dream job be?” Summer’s response was “I would love to work for a ministry that allows me to live stateside and lead trips or spend time overseas.” Now, Summer is getting to do just that with her role as a Resource Mobilizer at Nsansa Village, located in Lusaka, Zambia. While she currently resides in Summerville, SC, she works remotely for the organization and will have the opportunity to travel to Zambia frequently to visit.

Nsansa Village works with the street children of Lusaka, Zambia, with the ultimate goal of bringing them into a relationship with Christ. Centered on Christ’s love, Nsansa Village provides food, education, and a home to boys who come off the streets of Lusaka. Summer’s role is to connect people stateside with all the Lord is doing there, whether that be through fundraising, writing ministry updates, connecting with sponsors, or anything in between.

It has been such a joy for Summer to bring people into the heart of all that Nsansa Village is, in the same way she has been brought in since she first visited in 2022! She prays that people’s lives are touched in the same way hers has been.
