Radko, of Roma origin, and Nevin, of Turkish Roma origin, have faithfully served for 29 years with YWAM central Europe and Bulgaria , among Roma communities in Bulgaria and throughout Europe. With unwavering dedication, they carry a deep and growing burden for the Roma people in the Middle East and Eurasia, longing to see transformed lives and strengthened communities across these regions.

Their ministry is rooted in some of the most impoverished and marginalized areas, where they invest intentionally in the personal, emotional, and spiritual development of Roma leaders and families. Through leadership trainings, Bible schools, conferences, and community events, they equip and empower emerging leaders to serve with integrity, biblical conviction, and lasting impact.

Driven by a profound love for God and for the Roma people, Radko and Nevin combine vision with compassion, truth with grace, and leadership with humility. Beyond their formal ministry work, they are deeply relational—cherishing time with friends and opening their home for fellowship and barbecues, reflecting their belief that transformation happens not only through teaching, but also around the table, in authentic community.
