Hebrews 13:16 reminds us, “Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.”
This is more than a verse- it’s a summons. A sacred invitation to live generously, to extend grace beyond our borders, and to embody the Gospel in tangible ways.
Rescue Mission Care in Kenya is responding to this call by walking alongside pastors who serve
faithfully in rural and underserved communities, often with little or no income. These spiritual leaders pour themselves out for others, yet struggle to provide for their own families. We believe their sacrifice should be honored, and that the Church, both local and global, can rise to meet them with dignity and support.
Through your partnership, we are:
1. Drilling wells in arid regions like Kitui, Ikutha area, because clean water is not just a
resource, it’s life, and it’s dignity.
2. Empowering clergy to launch sustainable, locally-driven income-generating projects that restore hope and self-reliance. Which is strengthening their ministries and offering hope in challenging contexts. (Supporting their training for technical skills i.e. plumbing,
tailoring, masonry, livestock keeping, chicken farms and green houses).
3. Awarding merit-based scholarships to their children, ensuring education becomes a promise, not a privilege.
4. Combating food insecurity through targeted relief and community-based solutions.
This is more than charity. It’s a mission. It’s justice. It’s the Church being the Church.
Proverbs 19:17 declares, “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done.”
We invite you to lend to the Lord with us, to sow into lives that are bearing fruit in hard soil. Your gift becomes a testimony. Your support becomes a sermon. Your generosity becomes a stream in the desert.
Join us. Give. Pray. Share.
Together, we can transform communities, uplift leaders, and honor the God who delights in every act of love.
