I have just returned (2026) to the States from Uganda where I served as a missionary for the past 8 years. While there, I served with two different ministries, generally equipping leaders and strengthening the Church. In both ministries, I helped to teach the Inductive Bible Study method, helping people to better understand how to study the Bible and how to then teach it faithfully.

Alongside these formal roles, I also engaged with many people, especially women, in mentoring and discipleship relationships. Both through the last organization I served with, as well as through a church I had been a part of for a time, I had significant opportunities to teach and develop relationships with university-aged young people.

As I look to coming months and years in the States, I would love to still commit to intentional part-time ministry, particularly with international university students and young women. Many students who come from other countries have not had any gospel exposure, and their time in the States is a wonderful opportunity to hear the good news of the gospel and learn truth found in God’s Word. For those who place their faith in Christ for salvation, it will be important for them to grow in their new faith before returning to their home country. When they do return, they bring the gospel with them to proclaim to their family and friends!

I am pursuing relocating to Lafayette, Indiana near the Purdue campus.
