Raised as a missionary kid in Japan, Baileigh has been part of ministry her entire life. She has a passion for ministry and for children. With her bachelor’s in early childhood education, she is currently serving as the preschool director for a local orphanage in the Philippines. She is creating a hands-on, child centered play school program for orphaned children. As the preschool director her roles include writing the curriculum, lesson planning, and training Filipino women on how to teach and interact with young children. The ultimate goal is to educate, show the love of Jesus, and create a safe nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow.
