Michael Field

Mike and Kathy Field have been married since 1985 and now have six grandkids; One set in Oregon, the other in Idaho. They claim the Pacific Northwest as home and enjoy traveling globally and in the west to visit friends, family, and ministers.
Mike has been a co-vocational minister up to 2018 when he retired from the Federal Aviation Administration as an On-the-Job Trainer, Quality Assurance Inspector, and Electronic Technician. Mike graduated from Northwest University with a Master’s degree in International Community Development and has studied pastoral and chaplain services, with a specialty in Crisis, Stress, and trauma recovery. He is a Life Coach, Spiritual Director, Chaplain, and facilitator of other intentional conversations. His heart is to help and encourage people to become who God has created them to be. He works to build the church through spending time with people and helping God shape them. He loves hearing people’s stories and the hope they have in Christ.
Michael holds a Ministerial Ordination with Commission Ministers Network.
