I currently serve as the Head of School at Liberty Bible Academy in Mason, Ohio, where I provide spiritual, operational, and organizational leadership for a community of 455 students from preschool through 12th grade, alongside their families and our faculty. I do not view Christian education as merely an academic position; it is a full-time pastoral ministry. My goal is to ensure that Jesus Christ remains at the absolute center of our culture, curriculum, and daily practices. In my day-to-day role, I advance the Kingdom of God by executing duties that mirror traditional pastoral oversight: I regularly participate in and lead chapel services, delivering biblically grounded messages to our student body. I shepherd our faculty and staff, sharing devotionals, providing spiritual leadership, and encouraging them in their personal walk with God. I support our teachers as they integrate scriptural truth into their classrooms and help students navigate questions of faith, identity, and personal trials using the Word of God. I offer direct biblical counseling, prayer, and support to students, parents, and staff members facing difficult personal or family circumstances. My ministry philosophy is anchored in the Great Commandment to love God and love our neighbor, and in Christ’s words in John 13:35 that the world will know we are His disciples by our love for one another. I lead with radical honesty and relational integrity, teaching our community to “say what you mean, but don’t say it mean.”The greatest testimony of this ministry is the spiritual fruit and institutional health we see every day. By anchoring our school culture in love, faith, and discipleship, God has allowed us to grow our enrollment to 455 students. I have been privileged to see many young people surrender their lives to God, heal from brokenness, grow in their faith, and go on to pursue their own callings into ministry and Christian service.
